Prisma Peremarket has operated in Estonia for 25 years, offering a wide selection and a different range. Customers often find products in the store that fulfil a wish before it has even fully formed in their minds.
A supportive working environment and exciting challenges have kept several employees at Prisma since its early days. Siiri Luuk, Kätlin Heimonen and Marika Lõhmuste recently celebrated 25 years of service; over the years, all of them have held various positions at Prisma Peremarket.
"These 25 years have been constant learning. Nobody stands in your way if you want to develop yourself," says Siiri Luuk, a cheerful woman who currently holds the position of development manager at Prisma. "I came to work with joy every morning, because I knew I would get support and that together we would reach our goals. I still have the same feeling," she adds.
"No one achieves anything alone; success is born from cooperation and trust," is the conviction of Marika Lõhmuste, also with a quarter-century of service at Prisma, who is currently manager of the Mustamäe Prisma.
